  •  Straight fit: Lean against a wall and slide down until your thighs are perpendicular to the floor as if there was a chair under you. Keep your back straight. Skiing is extremely strenuous, and you burn so many calories, that you’re appetite at the end of the day is voracious. You should be strict about a proper and balanced diet to get fit for the slopes. The problem is, tired muscles increase the risk of accidents. So you’ll be safer on the slopes the more fit you are.
