Tessa Worley is a French professional skier who competes in the alpine skiing disciplines of giant slalom and slalom. She has won six World Cup races, including two giant slaloms, and three World Championship medals, including one gold.

Worley made her World Cup debut in December 2007 at age 17, and her first podium came the following season with a third-place finish in giant slalom at Garmisch-Partenkirchen. She has competed in five World Championships and three Winter Olympics.

Worley represented France at the 2010 Winter Olympics and 2014 Winter Olympics before missing out on the 2018 games due to pregnancy. At the 2010 games, she placed fourth in the giant slalom and seventh in the slalom, and at the 2014 games, she won a silver medal in the giant slalom and placed sixth in the slalom.

On 9 December 2018, Worley won her first World Cup race in over two years, a giant slalom in Lienz, Austria. Three days later, she won a parallel slalom in Wengen, Switzerland for her third World Cup win of the season.
